Our lessons follow the British National Curriculum, with content designed around your child’s year group and learning objectives.
Which curriculum are your lessons based on?
We offer different options depending on your child’s needs: Recorded Learning — £25 per month gives you access to our recorded lesson library, curriculum resources, worksheets, practice materials and progress dashboard for children in Years 3–9. Small Group Lessons — £45 per month gives you a weekly live lesson with a TutorBugs teacher, alongside access to recorded lessons and curriculum resources for children in Years 1–6. 1-to-1 Tuition provides a personalised 1-to-1 tuition and is available for students from Year 1 through to A-level, with lessons tailored to their individual needs and goals. How much does it cost?
Our Recorded Learning subscription gives your child access to our lesson library, curriculum resources, worksheets and practice materials, as well as a personal dashboard to track their progress. Lessons can be watched and revisited at your child’s own pace. Our Small Group Lessons include a weekly live lesson with a TutorBugs teacher, supported by access to our recorded lesson library and curriculum resources.
What do I get with my subscription?
Yes - you’ll receive a 10-day free trial with full access to everything: live classes, recorded lessons and the dashboard. No payment is required to start, and there's absolutely no obligation to continue. Payment is taken automatically at the end of the free trial unless cancelled.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Your child will need a laptop, tablet or computer and a reliable internet connection. For live lessons, a microphone is recommended so they can interact with their teacher. However for the best user experience we would recommend a computer or laptop.
What equipment do we need?
Our live group classes are designed to be small and engaging, with up to 10 children per class.
How many students per class?
Our lessons are delivered by experienced tutors who are passionate about helping children understand their subjects, build confidence and make progress.
Who are your tutors?
All TutorBugs lessons are delivered fully online, so your child can learn from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
How are lessons delivered?

What year groups do you support?
We offer different ways for children to learn depending on their needs. They can learn independently through our recorded lessons, learn with others in a small live group, or receive personalised support through 1-to-1 tuition.
